LEADERSHIP {WHY PEOPLE BLAME A LEADER}

Who is a leader?
A leader is someone who guides or direct his or her followers, someone in charge of others. A leader might be a head of state, a president, governor or even a class captain.
Leadership is not an easy role that can be played by just anybody or anyone, the leader must take some certain responsibility.

People criticize leaders because they really need someone to blame for their failures. If questions were asked, what will they have done to make things right? My answer is NOTHING
They will stand there as if the leader is not doing anything mean while the leader is doing something great in other to protect his or her followers. But they are not going to appreciate what he or she is doing for them.
Although we have some leaders that are really greedy, selfish and corrupt. Most of them are in a very powerful position and they can utilize their power to hurt the followers. No! A leader must not be like this, he or she should be very humble and serve the followers. Politicians now a days love money more than anything and they can not serve any of their followers than to busy embezzling their money which is really wrong. The money belongs to the citizens.
Some leaders at some point does not care about what happens to the citizens because they are not appreciative. Even though some social amenities were done by the leaders, the followers will spoil it one way or the other. And this will not encourage the leader to do anything for them than to keep the money to his or her pocket. Things should not be in this way.
Yes! We all blame them, but do we have a reason for blaming the leader?
From my on point of view, no one wants to lead and do bad things or have a bad record. It depends on the level of corruption and the level of frustration in which majority of the leaders experienced. Most even fear their lives than to save a single soul.
What is the essence of being a leader if you can not defend your followers? A follower too must respect and listen to what the leader says because he know more things better than any of the followers.
Leadership is a very good thing. But it must not take control of an individual.
